Rafizah Binti Amran is a Malaysian communications strategist, corporate trainer, and civic leader with nearly three decades of experience spanning corporate leadership, stakeholder engagement, and community advocacy. She has held senior leadership roles in organisations such as Prasarana Malaysia Berhad, Firefly Airlines, AirAsia, Nestlé, and OSK Holdings, where she was responsible for building corporate reputation, managing crises, and advancing strategic communications in high-accountability and regulated environments. 

Today, Rafizah is an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer and Principal Trainer of Profound Learning Solutions (PLS), where she designs and delivers applied programmes focused on leadership communication, crisis management, stakeholder engagement, and executive presence. Her training portfolio also includes high performance workforce development, goal setting using OKR, KRA and KPI frameworks, mental resilience using cognitive behavioural techniques, and generative AI for professional communication and productivity.

Her programmes are structured around practical frameworks and real-world application. Participants are guided through simulations, case studies, and scenario-based exercises to build decision-making capability, communication discipline, and confidence in managing complex and high-pressure situations. This approach has been particularly effective for management and leadership teams operating in dynamic and regulated industries.

Rafizah has played a pivotal role in nationwide civic and education programmes, including Bright Start Nutrition with the Nutrition Society of Malaysia, Positive Parenting with the Malaysian Paediatric Association, and the Fight Against Diabetes with the National Diabetes Institute. These multi-stakeholder initiatives brought together healthcare professionals, civil society, media, and corporations to drive sustained public awareness and behavioural change.
