Rafizah Amran
Founder, RA Creative Collective
Accredited HRDC Trainer | Crisis Comms Specialist | Former Corporate Leader
With over 25 years of corporate leadership experience, Rafizah Amran brings a rare blend of strategic insight, calm-under-fire crisis instinct, and people-first communication to every training session she delivers.
She has led high-stakes communications for some of Malaysia’s most recognised brands—including Prasarana, AirAsia, Firefly, OSK Investment Bank, Cancer Research Malaysia and Nestlé—where she managed crises ranging from public transportation disruptions and operational incidents to brand missteps and public backlash.
Her two-term tenure at Prasarana Malaysia Berhad as Deputy Chief of Communications, Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement placed her at the frontline of public-facing crises, where she learned firsthand the critical balance between clarity, compassion, and speed.
Rafizah now runs RA Creative Collective, a platform that provides HRD Corp-claimable training and advisory services in:
- Crisis Communications & Emergency Response
- Spokesperson & Media Training
- AI & ChatGPT to Improve Creativity & Productivity
- High-Performance Culture & Managing Workplace Toxicity
- Public Speaking, Executive Communication & Personal Branding
Her trainings are known for being realistic, engaging, and practical, often featuring live simulations, on-camera exercises, and real-world case studies. She doesn’t just talk about theory—she brings lived experience, empathy, and actionable strategies to the room.
Beyond training Rafizah is also a published author, owner-founder of Mukarami Coffee, and active advocate for AI-enabled productivity and ethical communication. She often mentors young professionals and startups, helping them find their voice and sharpen their strategic thinking. Rafizah continues to actively volunteer with Cancer Research Malaysia and conducts public classes every 3rd Saturday of the month under the #SuaraKamiAtMukarami initiative.
